Who is this course aimed at?
This course is for C umpires who want to take the next step on the umpiring pathway.
Course Outcomes
- Apply the rules in a more demanding game environment
- Understand the match guidelines
- Begin to play advantage where appropriate
- Have a better understanding of the importance of vision, positioning and timing
- Demonstrate the difference between contact that does or does not interfere with play
- Utilise effective game management techniques
Entry Requirements
Must be a Europe Netball C award or equivalent. *All qualifications issued outside Netball Ireland must have a photo sent by email to the umpiring convenor no later than Friday 20th September for validation.

Time: 9.30 – 4 pm
Price: €150 (Price includes – Course delivery (theory and practical)
To complete the B award, candidates will also need to do a written paper, fitness test, practical assessment which will have an additional cost of €50.
